There are places where it is mandatory to install emergency announcement systems in line with the "Regulation on the Protection of Buildings from Fire". In all buildings where the building height exceeds 51.5 m, in public buildings with a building construction area of ​​more than 5000 m2 or with a total number of users exceeding 1000 people, in shopping centers, supermarkets, industrial facilities and accommodation places with more than 200 beds an emergency alarm system must be installed.

The purpose of the established emergency announcement system is to be able to evacuate in a planned manner without causing chaos in extraordinary situations such as fire, natural disaster, and terrorist attack that may occur in the building. Apart from this purpose, it is requested to use the system for purposes such as music broadcasting and announcements in normal times.
