Role Description
Matriks is a leading implementation company in fire detection, electronic security, and building automation systems. We manage project design, implementation, and after‑sales with an engineering‑oriented team.
The role is based in Ataşehir HQ with domestic and international site work. We look for teammates who are determined, results‑oriented, and open to growth. Persuasion and communication skills should be strong. Site stays vary 2–15 days based on project scope.
Requirements
- Graduate of Engineering or technical schools (preferably Electrical, Electrical‑Electronics, Automation, and/or Communications),
- Experience with low‑current systems (preferably Fire Detection, Electronic Security Systems, and/or Automation),
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and preferably AutoCAD,
- No travel restrictions,
- Professional appearance,
- Customer‑focused; strong communication and interpersonal skills,
- Team player,
- Results‑oriented,
- Open to learning and growth,
- Adaptable to flexible working hours,
- Valid driver's license and active driver,
- Preferably residing on the Anatolian side,
