Role Description
Matriks is a leading implementation company in fire detection, electronic security, and building automation systems, with an engineering‑driven after‑sales organization.
The role is based at our Ataşehir HQ with domestic/international site work. We look for determined, results‑oriented, growth‑minded teammates. Communication and persuasion skills should be strong. Site stays range 2–15 days by project.
Requirements
- Graduate of Engineering or technical schools (preferably Electrical, Electrical‑Electronics, Automation, and/or Communications),
- Experienced in low‑current systems (preferably Fire Detection, Electronic Security Systems and/or Automation),
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and preferably AutoCAD,
- No travel restrictions,
- Neat/Professional appearance,
- Customer‑oriented; strong communication and interpersonal skills,
- Team player,
- Results‑driven,
- Open to development and learning,
- Can adapt to flexible working hours,
- Valid driver's license; active driver,
- Preferably residing on the Anatolian side,
