In the project built on 52 decares of land, Cadde 54 features offices, studio residences, a bazaar, and street shops in 4-story blocks.
There are 79 street shops, a bazaar containing 78 shops, 470 offices and residences, 450 studio residences, and a parking lot for approximately 1,500 vehicles.
In this project, which is one of the important investments of the region, fire alarm, emergency announcement, CCTV, card access, and HVAC mechanical automation systems were installed by our company.
The structure, consisting of a large number of distributed panels, has been unified in a central management software, providing high-level integration in line with standards and operational needs.
