The Nidakule Ataşehir project, brought to life by Tahinicioğlu Holding, consists of 3 blocks as the most qualified A+ office in the region.
The project, which has an indoor area of 175 thousand m2, includes the 31-story North block, the 16-story South block, and the 12-story West block.
Fire alarm, emergency announcement, IP CCTV, IP card access control, parking lot CO detection, HVAC mechanical automation, KNX lighting automation, and energy automation systems were installed with high-level integration features by being integrated into the management software throughout the project.
A smoke control mimic panel was installed within the scope of the Smoke Control Scenario. All emergency control operations can be controlled and monitored via this panel.
