Ziraat GYO Towers, one of the iconic structures within the Istanbul Finance Center, consists of two high-rise towers with 40 and 46 floors.
In this project, which will play an important role in the financial future of our country in Istanbul, there is a specially designed auditorium along with an atrium area suitable for events and activities developed to LEED Gold certificate standards.
There are commercial and social areas on the podium floors.
A Schneider Electric Power Operation Scada system was installed in the Energy Automation systems over an area of approximately 255,000 m2, including the podium and parking floors in Ziraat Towers.
Within the scope of the project, the manufacturing and assembly of all energy automation panels, field and panel terminal connections, and Scada software were completed by our company's expert staff.
The CO detection and control system in the parking floors was installed by us, and this system was integrated into the building management software via the Modbus IP open protocol.
